My name is John McCormack, and I am the Business Psychology specialist here at Learning, Behaviour & Change.
As a registered Psychologist with the Association of Business Psychologists and a Member of the British Psychological Society, my qualifications include a BA in Politics, a BSc (Hons.) in Psychology and an MSc in Psychology. I am also a certified NLP Practitioner.
I am a skilful and challenging coach, a perceptive facilitator and an experienced trainer. My clients tell me that I can always rely on me to find creative solutions to training challenges, and steer even the trickiest teams to productive working relationships.
I thrive on the challenge of helping talented people to be better still. My best work is around enabling people to dissolve unuseful beliefs they hold that limit their potential.

In my spare time, I am a marathon runner and sprint triathlete.
