Working with your Business Coach

At the first meeting, you will get to know your coach and your coach will get to know you. The best learning and development happens when we are with people we like and trust. This first meeting is so important that we offer it as a gift to you... FREE of charge.

 

At the second meeting you will agree when and how often you will meet and begin to talk about goals and targets. You will also agree on when you think the coaching relationship will reach a natural conclusion.

 

The following sessions will focus on your options, the actions you will need to take to achieve your goals and on any professional development you need. Your coach will advise, offer suggestions and support you.

 

Having a Business Coach is the corporate equivalent of the top athlete finding extra energy and stamina to beat their personal best.

You and your Life Coach

When you first meet it will be to get to know each other and to build the foundations of a friendship. We will offer this first meeting to you FREE of charge.

 

After this, you and your coach can arrange to meet as often as you need. Normally, 4 or 5 sessions are enough, but you may wish to establish a longer relationship.

 

Whether you are trying to understand your emotions, or to be clear about what you want to achieve in life, or to break a habit, or simply to talk to somebody, your life coach is there to help and support you.

 

Your investment for 1-to-1 coaching is £60 per hour (+VAT)
